Individual Counseling

Child/Adolescent Counseling
Specialized sessions for children and adolescents for: ADHD, behavioral concerns, self-esteem, social issues, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
School Based Counseling
Specialized 12 week program developed specifically for school-aged children (grades K-8), experiencing difficulty in the school setting. This program teaches children coping skills and techniques that will help them to grow and thrive, using modalities like play therapy techniques, expressive art, dance/movement, mindfulness, Yoga, anger management and social skills training.
Couples/Family Counseling
Specialized sessions for reconciliation, infidelity, divorce, blended family, parental alienation, parental support, and communication issues.
Group Counseling
Support groups provide a safe, confidential place where specific topics are discussed in a therapeutic format with a group of people. Sample topics include: grief, anxiety, stress, and trauma.
Professional Development
Mental health speaking and education for organizations, schools, churches, and other professionals.
TeleHealth
Confidential, HIPPA compliant counseling services offered through online counseling .

Free-Phone Consultation /15 mins
$125-Initial Intake Session/Assessment
$75-Telehealth Counseling/45 mins.
$80-Individual Counseling/ 50 mins.
$85-School Based Counseling
$100-Couples/Family Counseling/60-75 mins
Payment:
Each of our clients are required to register on the secure client portal where you will have access to online billing and payment using a debit or credit card. You will also be asked to keep a card on file at all times. Cash, checks, Health Savings Accounts and all major credit cards are accepted.
Cancellation:
A 24-hour notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full session amount.
Insurance:
We are currently working to accept insurances. Please contact our office for more information regarding or sliding scale and out of network options.
